Bentley Hospitality Institute has excellent training facilities
for those wishing to gain qualifications in commercial cookery.
Training is conducted at two large fully equipped
kitchens which caters for a fully functional training restaurant
- the Bentley Pines Restaurant.
Our first class training facilities include a kitchen
for Asian cuisine studies, a kitchen for Western cuisine studies,
a viewing gallery, a demonstration laboratory, a food science
laboratory, and a range of general and special purpose classrooms.
Our Award qualifications are recognised Australia
wide.
We have also trained students from around the world,
including students from Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia,
and Thailand. Graduates will find the skills they gain from BHI
are applicable internationally.

The Bentley Pines Restaurant
Bentley Pines Restaurant, located on the Bentley Campus of Swan
TAFE, is one of Perth's best kept dining secrets. The restaurant
is a live, interactive training environment for hospitality students
that provide excellent quality meals to the general public at
very reasonable prices.
The Pines Restaurant serves a range of International cuisine
and on Wednesdays, authentic Asian cuisine. Enjoy a sumptuous
4-course lunch or dinner, Monday to Friday, prepared and served
by Swan TAFE's hospitality students.
As the restaurant is a training facility, tables are limited.
